These Terms govern your use of the Netizen Robotics website, account features, purchases, support, and robotic dashboard. By creating an account, buying from us, pairing a robot, or using the dashboard, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The dashboard is for robots developed, supplied, or sold by Netizen Robotics. It may include robot pairing, telemetry, control, settings, maps, simulator tools, and robot IDE features. You are responsible for every action taken from your account and for making sure each operator is authorised, trained, and allowed to control the robot and access its data.
Dashboard access is subject to fair usage. You must not overload, probe, scrape, resell, or abuse the service; share dashboard access outside your organisation without permission; connect unauthorised robots; bypass pairing, authentication, rate limits, or security controls; or use the service in a way that degrades availability, reliability, or performance for others. We may rate limit, suspend access, or require plan changes for abnormal, excessive, or harmful usage.
Robots are physical systems. You must operate them in a safe environment, monitor remote commands, follow product documentation, and comply with applicable laws. Do not use the dashboard or robot for unlawful, harmful, hazardous, weaponised, abusive surveillance, or property-damaging activity. Scripts, maps, settings, and control commands submitted through the dashboard are your responsibility.
Keep your credentials secure and account information accurate. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or robot access is compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts, dashboard access, robot access, or related services if we believe you violated these Terms, the fair usage policy, safety rules, law, payment obligations, or another person's rights. We may also remove access to deleted, transferred, compromised, or unsupported robot records.
Product orders, subscriptions, support plans, and dashboard features may depend on availability, payment, operational limits, and separate written terms. We may update, pause, or discontinue features where needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product changes. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes where practical.
Netizen Robotics owns or licenses the website, dashboard, software, designs, documentation, and brand assets. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell them unless we give written permission or the law allows it. You remain responsible for your data and robot configurations. You allow us to process them as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
