Check the kit contents, tools, and build path before starting the Auron assembly steps.
Assembly
Use this page to confirm the parts included with the Auron kit before beginning the build. The assembly steps follow the recommended bench order, starting with the base and ending with the final top assembly.
Read the component checklist first, then keep parts organized by size and type as you move through each step. After Step 7, continue with the final assembly page for your robot variant.
Assembly
Check the quantity of each Core component before starting assembly. If you are building the Vision variant, the Vision components are additional parts on top of the Core component set. Set aside any missing or damaged parts before moving to Step 1.

Before You Begin
Prepare the listed components and verify your tools before starting Step 1.
Assembly
Prepare these hand tools before starting assembly. The kit uses small fasteners, so keeping the correct Allen keys and spacer tool nearby makes the build easier and reduces the risk of damaging the brass standoffs.
| Tool | Size or type | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Pliers | Standard | Use for holding small hardware and positioning parts during assembly. |
| Allen key | 2mm | Use for the smaller socket-head fasteners. |
| Allen key | 2.5mm | Use for the larger socket-head fasteners. |
| Custom spacer tightening tool | Included or printable | Use the included tool, or print the MakerWorld model as a spare. |
